We invite applications for a funded PhD research position in Computer Science at the University of Neuchâtel. The research topic for this PhD position involves designing system and language support for software transactional memory (see here). The project is funded for a 3-year duration. Applicants must have a Masters degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) and good knowledge of English. Candidates with strong programming skills who are knowledgeable in concurrent computing, software engineering, and dependable systems are particularly encouraged to apply.
