Graduate Research Assistantship (PhD student) in Insect Ecology

A PhD Assistantship in Entomology is available at the University of Arizona. The successful candidate
will work in a multidisciplinary team and study the effects of landscape heterogeneity and agricultural
practices on insect population dynamics and evolution of resistance to insecticides. Interest in insect
ecology, geographic information systems, and remote sensing is required. The position opens in
September 2007 but could be filled in January 2008. The Assistantship includes benefits, research
funding, and salary for up to 3 years.
