I am a senior member of KNUST’s Department of Biochemistry and Biotechnology( Food Science and Technology Section) and I have been teachning and coducting research for the past 5 years. My teaching and research areas is in food biochemistry; basically, the food biochemistry of natural colours and the food biochemistry of the proteins and starches in neglected and underutilized legumes. I would be glad to obtain travel grants and stipend to enable me attach to a well resourced lab as the one in the Dept of Food Science, University of Pretoria, to collect data to (for up to about three months) complete my PhD which I have started in my home University.
